  17. I have a question I hope someone can answer. I'm in the planning stages of doing a   
  18. yearbook video for the Penn State Blue Band.  Currently I have a PAR PC.  I'm   
  19. seriously  contemplating buying a TBC IV.  What I want to do is record short video   
  20. segments (10-20 seconds)  to the PAR and then use Lightwave to generate the   
  21. transitions (page peels, tumbles, etc).  What I want to know is how good is the   
  22. video recorded to the PAR.  I know that you have to lower the compression level, how   
  23. bad is the artificating?  I'd really appreciate any responses.  Thanks.
